I purchase a sim card online and tough the order didn't work an proceed to register with another provider instead...

1 month later, the SIM card got delivered to my mailbox...

I obviously don't need it anymore... Is it possible to get a refund?

@FredGagne Sorry SIM cards are non refundable

but if you payed for a plan and didn’t activate we saw customers get refund for the plan price
