      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So when you log in it shows service is active?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot and see what happens. Try turn on and off Airplane mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If no go, try resetting phone networks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still no go contact public mobile directly to inquire.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
