@Amanda0697 so you just want to switch from physical sim to eSIM ? If so log into the PM App with phone and buy eSIM and your number will be in the eSIM . Personally I prefer physical sim less hassle and much easier to switch devices just take old sim card out and put into new phone or any device without having to go online and mess around .

adding @Amanda0697 you can’t have the same number on both eSIM and physical sim at same time has to be one or the other unless you have two separate phone numbers
