      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, this is not allowed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Others have ported out to another carrier and back in, but everything will be new. The minute you port out, that account will be closed with PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe not worth the trouble...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
