what is the difference between those saying International , or Canada US? how about other that said neither

Public Points or plans?

for the plans, Canada-US plans are those that allow you to you the plan in US as well
Those "International" plans basically just plans that include long distance calling minutes to some countries, as stated on the plan
those others are Canada only plan

For Public Points, you earn 5% back in points, which you an redeem for $15 bill credit after you got 15 points

@StMartinH CAN/US plans have roaming built into the plan to use in both Canada and the U.S. . The international mins is for calling from Canada to the country specified on the plan description
