Yes, PM app can only be download from App Store with Canada as the region settings. You have it set to Canada?

thanks. Yes, I am coming from Italy and stay in Canada for only couple months. I won't be changing the app store settings. What can I do?

@StMartinH Work around would be to create the account on website up until you make payment . Once you make payment message support to complete the steps for you to finish the activation

you can ask a friend to help to activate for you on his phone Easier to activate a physical sim card. Get one from Telus or Koodo stores near you

and you have a Canadian credit card? if not, you will also need a prepaid credit card.
