New Account NEO Reward for $100 Cash Back

Hi there,

Would a brand new account have this reward as well? Or is it only showing in customer's accounts that have been around awhile? If I open another account today, a new one... after I'm all activated and setup, would I see and have access to this NEO reward in that new account?

@Chris_ I'm pretty sure this should be available to all customers (new and old) by going into the Rewards section, you should see it listed there

@Chris_ Yes I believe so check in your rewards portal for the offer . But I think it’s just one time offer per person not multiple offers for having many accounts . You have to apply the Neo credit card so it’s not like your going to apply for mutilple credit cards for each account

Hi there,

I was wondering about how to actually get the $100 Cash Back, since plans are like $35...

After reading through replies to the OG post, I found some talking about adding $100 in credit to our account, with the NEO card setup in our account for payments.

Is this how to do it?

1. Setup the NEO Card as your payment card when logged into account

2. Go to "Payments"

3. Then "Add Funds with Credit Card"

4. Then manually type in $100, and go through with the payment process?

@Chris_ You have to do $100 top up or buy $100 payment vouchers for PM to do so with the the Neo credit card

@Chris_ To apply for the card or to buy payment vouchers ? I assume you apply online for the Neo card , but to buy payment vouchers you can get from store or online like shoppers drug mart 7-11 shell gas station . Or online from recharge.com or muskibird.com for a fee . No fee from shoppers or shell 7-11 . But if you bet the Neo card I would just do top up in your account in the payment page like in your screen shot be easier way I think
