I paid my bill with PayPal and the payment was confirmedso why isnt my phone working

As far as I know Public Mobile does not accept PayPal. How did you manage to pay with PayPal?

I was thinking the same thing, so then I wondered can you buy payment vouchers online with pay Pal possibly. Either way it’s the first time I’ve heard someone say the use pay pal before for public mobile

@love2behere From what I've read in older posts you can (or at least could) buy a sim card with PayPal but not a plan. By not activated do you mean you are a new customer, or are you an existing customer trying to renew a suspended account?

PayPal takes payments from your registered credit card. Maybe the credit card expiry date needs to be updated .

There are no Paypal payments accepted by Public Mobile.
