esim to Physical SIM

Hi All,

I have an esim for PM however want to convert it into Phsyical sim, went to store as mentioned on site, they are ready to sell the physical sim to me however they are asking me to activate it. i dont want to have a change of existing mobile number with new phsyical sim, it needs to be converted from esim to physical sim.

Any advice how to do this?

@Sura if you have the SIM card in hand , log into your account profile page and sim swap the number like this

it can be done on the app aswell , but if you can’t log in get support to do it for you

If there is no option to "Change Sim" when you're signed into your account, maybe start a chat with an agent. Go to "Messages" top right corner of page, and start a new message to CS_Agent. Ask them to assis you with "changing" the sim card

Don't try to "activate" the new SIM card. That will open a brand new account. You'll want to go into your self serve account, and use the Change SIM Card in the Account area.

A new sim card wont change my existing mobile number correct?

@Sura No that’s why your not activating it , just sim swapping it like in my screen shot and you will keep your same phone number and plan no worries , once you have done that wait 3 mins and reboot the phone that’s it
