      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot download any pictures or data messages when my data is on. It says "Currenty unable to download. Please try again later" when trying to download a picture or message while using data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Might want to consider a newer phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
