That’s it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/487987"&gt;@Marietalexandre&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you start the process with the new carrier&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But make sure yoyr PM Account is active, and login My Account or app to get the account number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;give the phone number and account number to your new carrier&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM will send you a text about the port and you need to reply within 90 mins&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It'll deactivate once you successfully port to new provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
