I changed my payment card. Now I cannot get payment history nor add on useage history

Payment account shouldn't affect the payment history or usage history page.

It is probably a cache problem. Try to login again using browser with Incognito mode, or try with PM app and see if you have a different result

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
