    <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;will someone be able to provide help to my problem?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;i changed from bell to esim public mobile and since then i havent used it for outgoing text and calls, it says SOS only. but i am able to use the data. my bf has same plan but he has no problem at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i tried to set my public mobile as primary and turned off bell, as a result it showed no sim. idk what else to do and customer service don’t seem to help either&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the Public Mobile esim is there? With Bell sim turned off, try Reset Network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you still see SOS, you need PM to help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
