    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been getting double messages in group chats and anytime I get a picture text from anyone it puts it into a new chat. I noticed that the phone number attached to the sim in my phone is not the number I use. I am wondering how to change the phone number on the sim card so I stop getting multimessages from people.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/478401"&gt;@Dfyfe&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure the Settings -&amp;gt; cellular shows only one Public Mobile sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then try to first Reset Network Settings on the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that does not help, go to iMessage settings, remove the phone number and reboot phone, put the number back after the reboot&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/478401"&gt;@Dfyfe&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you got inbound calls on the pixel without problem? you don't have another sim card there still?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But dd you try Reset networks settings on your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and you are using physical sim or esim?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have physical sim, put it on another phone and see if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have an esim , you might want to get a replacement sim card (it is free, but you need to ask PM for reimbursement)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a physical sim and I did reset the network settings. Didn't work. Still trying to figure out how I'm getting phone calls and texts if the sim card is set up on the wrong number but the double text thing is what really bugs me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
