Did you try to exchange SIM cards to eliminate phone (hardware) issue?

If you have identical phones check all options HE has and adjust your phone accordingly.
Do you have the same plans, too?

There were 2 5G plans offered awhile ago with the same price and apparent features but one was a Roaming plan and the other offered unlimited slow data after the plan data was used.
