Then go into your settings and confirm the Public Mobile eSIM is set at your primary number. If not, set it and reboot. Start from there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if you place your Fido SIM card back in the phone, does it still work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you got the text from Fido and replied Yes ? you rebooted your phone with the PM sim ? reboot it once more&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.&amp;nbsp; I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.&amp;nbsp; Please check and call them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the solution. Yes due to esim only can use one at a time, the sms was sent to my old provider and waiting for my approval before they can port to public mobile. It works now. Much appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
