Only CC or debit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;You need to complete the activation on the PM app and not online.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/485799"&gt;@thomashughes&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you use the Public Mobile app to subscribe?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;don't think support can do noch if account not activated yet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what you can do is to get a period credit card from stores and then create another account using a different email to subscribe&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
