    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When making calls, I can hear the receiver but they cannot hear me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is a problem that persists for all my family members with Public Mobile.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have had this problems for months.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have attempted changing phones, Samsung S8 -&amp;gt; Samsung S24 - &amp;gt; IPhone 15, and also changing my Sim card but nothing has worked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone else experienced this in the past or recdntly? I have searched around but found no helpful responses.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does anyone have a solution?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/487135"&gt;@KerrC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; That’s strange if it was isolated issue with just you and not all your family memebers I would say to make sure you haven’t turn off the mic , or muted the volume . I’ve not heard anyone have thing this issue before especially multiple people around you .       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/487135"&gt;@KerrC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the problem for calling at one location (ie. near home) or everywhere around your area? &amp;nbsp;Did calling work better before? &amp;nbsp;Does data work? text?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might want to try a network reset of phone. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe check the cell phone tower map to see the nearest tower to your main location.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.ertyu.org/steven_nikkel/cancellsites.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.ertyu.org/steven_nikkel/cancellsites.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contacting Customer service agent is also a good idea to see whether there are issues on the backend with your accounts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes the problem is near home, it worked fine when I originally started the plan and data works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also attempted a network reset in the past with no change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;While none from Telus, there are several rogers and bell cell towers in my area.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This could be the source of my problem, though&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/487135"&gt;@KerrC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;PM uses Bell towers as well, so the network tower is not an issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you change your network mode to 3G or WCDMA only and test voice calls? want to see if voice calls is better in the 3G network instead of VoLTE&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't believe the mic is the problem, as calls do work in other areas, away from home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/50719"&gt;@Dunkman&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;noted that it could have to do with nearby cell phone towers but I'm not sure where to go from there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
