      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just signed up for a new service, I was originally inquiring about it, but decided to follow through and sign up not realizing I was doing it on the wrong phone. so now the phone that I intended to sign up on, has no service and I don’t know how to set it up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If hard sim, just move it to new phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If esim, you'll need to download the app on new phone, sign in and buy a new esim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
