As a PM costumer..I want to change my plan. But it seems we as PM costumers only can choose from certain plans offered in our accounts. I want to get the $23/month. But don’t see that one in my offerings. The lowest I can go is $30/month 15gb.

first, the $23/6GB plan is a new activation only plan, so, it won't be available for existing subscribers

and it is true that you won't see all existing subscribers' plans, too. PM will customize the list of plans for each account and you can only change to those plans available for your account

Apparently you can only move up not down at Public Mobile or at least not lower than $30/30 days. Once you cross that threshold it's nearly impossible to go back.

I can see the $23/6gb plan in my account but I couldn't get the $20/3gb that I wanted.
