      <title>I cannot access my subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made an account with public mobile some 5 years ago and just put it on autopay and never thought of it again, due to having to use my phone more at work I need more data. I cannot view or change my current subscription. Both the app and online functions ask me to set up a subscription like I’m a new customer but my SIM card is still locked to my current account and I also still pay for it. Support told me to file a ticket, I put in a ticket and a bot apologized for not being able to help? What am I supposed to do here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
