    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/486912"&gt;@Stewtex&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for esim, on both phone, make sure the esim is enabled.&amp;nbsp; If it is on&amp;nbsp; iPhone, make sure the esim is set as Primary (not business or other label) and make sure "Turn on This line is enabled.&amp;nbsp; Also, make sure no other sim is set with that "Turn on this line" other than then PM esim.&amp;nbsp; If you still have the old carrier physical sim, remove it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot make calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed both myself and husband up with Public Mobile yesterday and transferred my existing number over as well. Sine then I have not been able to make calls. I can receive calls but not make any. And my husband and I are having issues texting between us.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
