      <title>Subscription is not changed to new one</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I set a subscription to change at the new cycle but it is renewed to the existing one. This is second month that this happened. I first set a new subscription to take place in September but it didn’t. I tried again for October but my plan is still the same. Did anyone experience the same problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Was the charges amount correct ?
