      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like the PB portal is not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once I login, I have the error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Oh no!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes after login it looks ok, but once I go to the change plan section, I got another error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 3 accounts, all of them have the same symptoms.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just wondering, are you having the same problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep, both me and my wife saw the same error message after we signed in with out accounts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was just able to log in to my self-serve account, so I don't think the platform is down.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try again logging in and let me know if you were able to access your account.&lt;/P&gt;
