      <description>&lt;P&gt;Usually take 10 business days. I would advise you to contact Public Mobile and let them know. See what they will do for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the meantime,&amp;nbsp; see if there is a Telus/Koodo store near you.
