@hilltop-10 You mean physical SIM card did you pick one up from Telus / Koodo store or order from Amazon . Once you have one in hand ask support to sim swap the number for you and ask if the reimburse you to pick it up

What is 'virtual sim card'???

To my best knowledge you can have either eSIM or physical SIM. If you need physical SIM you can order it from PM or look at local retailers who still sell it. Amazon, ebay might be good source.

You will need to purchase a new physical SIM card. The quickest is either purchase at a corporate Telus or Koodo store. Pay $10 and keep the receipt to send to CSA for likely reimbursement. Or Amazon does offer prime shipping for PM SIM cards. $4.99 price.
