@wybl8181 Can you try your sim in another phone and test ? Also have you tried rebooting the device or reset network settings . If account is active and not suspended and nothing works confirm with support the issues is

Seems like a lot of people are experiencing the same issues. Must be something on Public's end.

make sure your plan hasn't Suspended...dial 611 to hear your current plan status.
