I set up a new account for her hoping to transfer her phone number over so she wouldn't lose it. That didn't work since her phone is unable to activate the account.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If she had an account but account get suspended and then closed due to no pay, she cannot get same phone number anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To 'cancel' her account she has to turn off Subscription and her account will be deleted after 90 days of no pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Meow_0-1729809029467.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/skins/images/3FB3FDFE64C1C8BA5ACC0521931856D2/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="Meow_0-1729809029467.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
