      <description>&lt;P&gt;sorry, PM is prepaid mobile carrier and won't provide refund in case like this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the only time it would provide refund is for people who did not activate successfully.&amp;nbsp; You have already used it for 2 days and left just because you weren't satisfied, so it would qualify for the refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
