      <title>eSIM issues (not showing up)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I recently purchased a subscription and chose to use an eSIM, however, for some reason my phone now appears like this (photo below), as if there is no network connected. Weirdly enough I can still receive calls and texts, as well as use my data, but it does not show up on my phone.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you restart?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can troubleshoot shoot by checking the settings to see if the esim show up and enable it to primary.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did! But the issue was not resolved, and only the data line seems to show up, not the mobile number for the eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the esim is there, that's why it shows up and you can enable Turn on this line&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to toggle off " Turn on this line" ,and reboot phone and turn it back on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that does not help, try to Reset Network Settings on your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that still does not work, then buy another esim from the app, go to Account page to buy (PM will reimburse you the extra $5 you spent)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you cannot buy a new esim, then you need PM to help.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes, it just takes a bit longer.&amp;nbsp; Wait for 20 minutes, power off, and wait 2 minutes then turn on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still no luck, then I would message PM as indicated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
