    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you considered making calls using Whatsapp or Messenger etc?&amp;nbsp; These worked well for me if you can get away with not using your regular cell number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i agree that this is not clear when you buy the USA Voice and Data plan or the USA roaming add on.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I did both and was in the USA for 23 days, but because my Iphone 7 is not VOLTE compliant I did not recieve any voice calling capability on the LTE and the 3G is not functional in most of the USA.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I will need to change my plan now as my phone does not have this capability, but i would like to know how I can get re-embursed for the cost of this roaming add on as clearly it should never have been necessary given my base plan and this should have been flagged to me when I tried to buy the add on.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am disappointed this was not more clearly communicated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;but your data was working in US? data works on 4G and 5G&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you have bought the roaming, which was unnecessary if you have the Canada-US plan, ask PM for a refund.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. And &amp;nbsp;another blow might be it’s harder to downgrade plans now . And we can only change to the plans that are in our accounts to change to so your best to do this yourself and use the change on renewal option and not immediately or you lose money on your current plan cycle .
