I do not want voicemail. I want it deactivated from my account.

There is no option to deactivate voice mail.

@tic99998 Sorry no way to de activate it, but you could go thru the set up when asked to record your greeting say nothing and tap # to except as the greeting you want which will be white noise . But people can still leave messages

can't deactivated it completed, but you can do extended absence, it will disallow people to leave message

Call your voicemail and log in with your PIN.
then press 3 for manage greetings,
then 4 for manage extended absence greeting
now press to then 2 for record a new extended absence greeeting, you can then record a message that indicates to your caller you are not accepting messages.
Then press 4 to enable extended absence
Last and important step , press 5 to disallow people to leave you a message.

@tic99998 , most customers use the extended absence greeting as a surrogate (option 3/4/2 from the main menu).
