Hello,

I am looking at taking out a Canada/US plan with Public Mobile. First of all, are all phone calls and text messages in the US and Canada unlimited in your plans? In reading the conditions, it said that only calls made from Canada are unlimited? What are the contract terms......monthly, annually? Will these rates change after you sign up for a mobile plan?

all phone calls and texts are unlimitted in the US and Canada

the page of terms is confusing, it is terms for all different plans, so, not every line is for the Canada US plan

First of all you won’t be sorry if you port to PM . It’s all there—Read the terms and conditions . The good thing is that if you find that the plan you selected is not suitable you have the option by easy to use self help to switch to any other plan made available to you. ..

Ok, that’s sounds good. I am assuming that you need to provide your cell phone number so they know which number is porting out. Can I not do this on their website?
