If you can explain your problem in more detail here we (other customers) may be able to help but don't include any personal info as this forum is readable by anyone. Are you using the Public Mobile app?

The maintenance is already done yesterday early in the morning. Should not be an issue now.

What specific issues are you having? Maybe community members can help troubleshoot.
