    <description>&lt;P&gt;Transfered my parents phone to public mobile.&amp;nbsp; It was porting a koodo number so article said to reserve a temp number then contact support. I selected a number and received an email saying it was active.&amp;nbsp; I can do outbound calls but inbound calls go to a french voicemail.&amp;nbsp; Both inbound and outbound sms are not working and 2fa blocks me from logging into their profile.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/485159"&gt;@Davelothrop&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might want to try a simple reboot of the phone (if not tried already).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that does not work, you can try a network reset of phone next (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A reset on your device may help with any calling issues inbound or outbound. The VM issue you may be able to fix in app or through the vm by calling in to vm and using your pin.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
