@cookie4 Can take up to 3 weeks to arrive , but If it’s been more then 10 business days ask support for a update or if they will reimburse you to pick one up from Telus / Koodo store or order from Amazon if your ins hurry

You only need to do one thread. Everyone will answer you there.

It can take up to 3-4 weeks via Canada post. There is no way to track it.

If you need a physical SIM, Amazon sells them. Click on AMAZON for the link.

Or locations near you that have a SIM. TELUS STORES
