I myself haven't had any dropped calls on Public Mobile myself. However, 2 of my referrals who happen to be close friends are experiencing dropped calls. One has an average of 3 dropped calls a day. She's ready to leave Public Mobile now along with her husband which leaves me two referrals gone thanks to Public Mobile not fixing the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/81815"&gt;@porcupine&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;The only real thing you can do here is to create a ticket, get "help" and if that doesn't work, request a monthly credit to your account to make up for the dropped calls. Tell them you wish to be compensated because they haven't provided a proper working service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I often believe it has to do with network congestion and priority . Other will say that’s not the case so I don’t know , but I don’t encounter this level of dropped calls on Telus and it’s the same network . So who knows but not so long ago it was acknowledged by PM and they apparently have fixed that issue . But I don’t think it’s 100% fixed either way . Can try 3G too see if that helps any when in rural areas&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

PM claims to have fixed it already monthes ago , but as we all know that’s not the case . I often think it has to do with priority and network congestion, PM being tier &amp;nbsp;3 it’s gets the short end of the stick . Many will say this is not true .so who knows but it’s definitely annoying and I don’t think PM even believes &amp;nbsp;there is a issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am experiencing the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I call for less than 20 minutes no issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If a call goes past around 20 minutes I know I'll get disconnected at some point.&amp;nbsp; Doesn't help when trying to call customer service of any company and get stuck waiting in a queue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
