      <title>Cannot login because I do not know the email</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two accounts with Public Mobile for my kids.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;One account seems to work fine.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The other account is suspended due to outdated credit card.&amp;nbsp; I cannot log in because I do not know the email used for the account.&amp;nbsp; Every time I click on 'Forgot Email' it responds to put in the phone number.&amp;nbsp; After entering the phone number it states it will send an email to reset the email.&amp;nbsp; As I do not know the email that was used I cannot check to see if I received an email.&amp;nbsp; I have checked all my email accounts and there are no emails from Public.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I cannot update the payment if I cannot access the account.&amp;nbsp; Please help me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
