      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My partner started setup of a new account and she decided at the number selection screen she does not want to use Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She believes she already paid. How can she get a refund? Will it be given automatically if the account never activates the eSIM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If after 30 days, she no like, then she can still go elsewhere with no penalty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
