Email no longer valid

My aunt created a public mobile account which she has been using for a few years but the email she registered with is no longer working. Is there a way to transfer her account to a new email address and setup a new login to control her account so she doesn't lose her number?

That e-mail address no longer being active has no effect on the ability to log into the Public Mobile account other than not being able to receive a 2FA code to that e-mail address. Your aunt will still be able to log into the Public Mobile account by having the 2FA code sent by text message. After logging in, the e-mail address associated with the Public Mobile login can be changed. it's in the EverSafe settings.

She doesn't remember her password which is why she cannot reset it and login, that's the issue.

she can still reset it without the old password, as long as she knows the email used. Just go to login page and click Forgot Password. A link will send to her email and she can then reset

but if that really does not work, then ask PM to help. Please message them:

You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

The customer no longer has that e-mail address.
