      <description>&lt;P&gt;My aunt created a public mobile account which she has been using for a few years but the email she registered with is no longer working. Is there a way to transfer her account to a new email address and setup a new login to control her account so she doesn't lose her number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;She doesn't remember her password which is why she cannot reset it and login, that's the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
