    <description>&lt;P&gt;$15 plan does not have US roaming, or you meant you got proper US roaming addon?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and for refund, they don't do actual refund, they will just reverse the transaction and leave the money in your account as credit.&amp;nbsp; Login and check if you see the credit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Earlier this week I posted in this forum as my $15 plan was not working in U.S. I finally got the phones Volte settings to work. In between tho I asked for refund. I never gave the agent my phone number or last 4 digits of credit card so I doubt refund processed. The plan shows on profile but is disabled as cannot make calls. With issue resolved please reactivate plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And depending on the make and model of your phone. You can enable VoLTE if it is on the whitelist of phones that will work on VoLTE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
