      <title>Can’t send out receive phone calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t send or receive phone calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;It started with not being able to receive text verifications on my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I went to cellular data and found it was using my daughters phone number(also a PM account) for cellular data. &amp;nbsp;I went to iPhone ID to select my PM number but when I tapped on it, it erased from my phone in all sections.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Not sure if it’s related but I purchased U.S. add on package that has not expired.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/481568"&gt;@faschmatta&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it shouldn't be related with your US add-on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try Reset Network Settings on your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and you have another phone to test your PM sim?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It’s an e-sim, so I’m guessing I can’t try that on another phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Also, I tried adding the pm number to my Apple account but it needs to be verified with a text to the PM number that I’m missing… so no text.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
