I just ordered a SIM card after inputing the IMEI number. You will send me the matched SIM card for my iphone 5 baed n IMEI info?

Hello! the sim card you will receive, actually has all three sizes of sim card all in one. All you have to do when you receive it is pop out the proper cutout that fits into your phone!

My SIM card order number is 87128.

Can you help to confirm the SIM card is for iphone 5?

I did not remember to see the phone type after querying IMEI.

@peterzhangon, @CaNuCk07 is correct. The sim is 3 in 1 and will fit your iphone. You can use it as a standard, micro or nano sim.
