      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I am currently in the USA, Coeur D’Alene Idaho to be exact, and every time I try to make a call to Canada or the USA &amp;nbsp;I get “call failed”. I sent my son a text message and told him to try calling me from Canada and he got “call failed”. I took your suggestion and manually selected my network, rebooted the phone and still the same. Begs the question why did I get this plan if I can not make or get calls in the USA?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/338728"&gt;@KaiaPapaya&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for iPhone 12, you can call using VoLTE on any of the T-Mobile, AT&amp;amp;T and Verizon network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to reboot the phone, then Reset All Networks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if still fails, please manually change the network and try all 3 of them and it should work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your suggestions, I tried a couple of the networks and still the same thing, call failed. I really should not have to do anything with my phone settings going back and forth between Canada and the USA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
