      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am missing most of my usage report for October 15, 2024.&amp;nbsp; It may be because my credit card needed to be updated the day of the monthly renewal.&amp;nbsp; Is there any way to ask PM to publish the usage that is missing for that day?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/294395"&gt;@FTT&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;voucher is a payment coupon.&amp;nbsp; Some people does not want to pay by credit card, or unable to update the card, so they can buy voucher from stores&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, for example, you have a $40 plan, you go to stores like Shoppers Drug mart or some gas station like Petro Canada and ask them for a $40 PM voucher.&amp;nbsp; They will charge you tax on the spot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After you got the voucher, just to to My Account and load the voucher from Payment tab or call *611.&amp;nbsp; Since it is a $40 voucher, it will show up as a $40 credit (Available funds) and PM will used to renew the $40 plan.&amp;nbsp; No more tax will be added at that time as you already paid tax in the store when you bought&lt;/P&gt;</description>
