      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/414715"&gt;@Jinter&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 things you need to do before activating your SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Your old carrier account must be active so don’t cancel service with them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- The most critical step is to reply to the text from your old carrier with YES with the old SIM in your phone within the 90 minute window!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you missed one or both steps then you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you as there are no refunds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
