    <description>&lt;P&gt;You are correct,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Public Mobile does not offer Wi-Fi calling. You can use apps like WhatsApp and FB Messenger to make calls over Wi-Fi, but you cannot make a wifi call from your Public Mobile phone number.&lt;BR /&gt;If this is what you need and want to cancel your account, you will need to log into your account and turn off "subscribed" which is what PM calls Autopay. Your account will be disable for 90 days, and then terminated. Your account will be closed, SIM will not work anymore and you lost your number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Port your number to mid or top tier carrier that will offer wifi calling.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also use a VoIP like WhatsApp or TextNow for free calling and texting through wifi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;no wifi calling here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd you need to keep your number, dont cancel the service here yet.&amp;nbsp; Open a new account elsewhere, Koodo or Telus or anyone with WiFi calling, then request to port the number from PM.&amp;nbsp; After the number is ported, your account will be closed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
