No, there is only roaming in the US. You would need to get a local sim or a travel type sim like airalo

they only let you use data in canada or the united states i hope they do expand but yeah and you can only make calls to other countries only in us and canada (only if you have a plan for the united states)

@Andrew1235 No sorry PM only has roaming in the US . So your best to get local pre paid SIM card in Netherlands for your trip

You can use WhatsApp if all parties have this app through wifi.

I am not sure if TextNow works in Europe anymore.

or just get an digital esim from airalo there good if you need a quick and easy esim

multi countries European sim, physical or esim, are both very cheap over there. I would use that over roaming service

of course, 2fa sms code would not come through, that's the drawback
