      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my plan and paid for the new plan immediately, however, the former plan charge was also taken out of my bank account on the pre-authorized payment date. &amp;nbsp;I would like to have that charge returned but not sure how. &amp;nbsp;Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
