      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had similar issue, my physical sim card was taking to long to arrive. Spoke with cs agent and they directed my to koodo/telus or mobile klinik store to by the sim and then credited the cost of sim to my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can private message a CS agent and they will help you with ur issue via email responses. You get an email notification when they respond.
